Zombie Couple Terms of Service
These terms concern the Zombie Couple service at zombiecouple.art. Zombie Couple is the product brand; any credited software supplier is not automatically the operator or your customer-support provider.
Operator and contact

Accounts and photo permission
You must be an adult to use the service. Provide accurate account details, keep authentication credentials secure and use only reference material you have the right to upload. Every person shown must be an adult who has consented to this use.
Do not use the service to impersonate people, misrepresent a fictional result as a real event, harass someone, or infringe privacy, publicity, copyright or other rights.
What the generator does
The workspace requests a fictional photo-based reunion story from a third-party AI service. Model settings describe a request, not a guarantee of exact identity, duration, scene timing, anatomy or story quality. Scene photographs are setting references, not generated results.
The current themed request disables generated audio. The service does not include music licensing, a video-editing timeline, automatic multi-clip assembly or permanent video hosting. The simple form uses two adult portraits, not shared-photo or pet input.
Inspect a result before using or sharing it. Keep your own copy while the provider URL is available. A previously valid link does not create a right to unlimited free regeneration.
Credits and payments
A one-time credit pack is a single purchase with the stated allowance and expiry. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew on the stated billing cycle unless cancelled through the available billing controls. An annual offer bills its full yearly amount, not the displayed monthly equivalent.
The model and selected settings determine the quote for a generation request. Check it before submitting. Credits do not guarantee a fixed number of usable videos. Promotional credits apply only when an actual offer is displayed; these terms do not create a free trial.
Review the price, currency, billing period, allowance and expiry at checkout. Cancelling renewal is different from receiving a refund or deleting an account. A new request may incur a new credit charge even if you are trying to improve a previous result.
Failed tasks, refunds and billing questions
Check the original task and credit record before trying again. Credit adjustments for a failed task are distinct from cash refunds. Do not assume a failure, page refresh, expired result URL or subjective quality concern automatically creates a refund or free retry.
Read the billing and refund guidance and use the published support channel for review. Refund handling must respect applicable mandatory rights; no clause here excludes those rights or guarantees an outcome before the facts are reviewed.
Output rights and third-party terms
You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. Any use of a generated result must comply with the applicable provider and model terms, rights in the references, music and other material, and applicable law.
Payment does not by itself establish copyright ownership, exclusivity, a perpetual sublicensable licence or clearance for every commercial purpose. Zombie Couple does not grant rights it does not hold. Confirm the permissions relevant to your intended use.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not request sexual or exploitative material, graphic violence, harassment, unlawful content or deceptive impersonation. No credit pack or subscription creates an exception for prohibited content. Do not submit children's photographs to this themed workflow.
Do not interfere with other users, payment processing or service infrastructure, bypass access controls, or abuse uploads and automated requests. Third-party providers may reject requests under their own rules.
Privacy, deletion and service access
Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie notice. Account deletion is not currently a self-service action that removes all data from every provider. Requests use the published support guidance, with identity and retention checks.
Access may be limited when necessary to investigate misuse, failed payments, provider restrictions or service errors. There is no fixed completion-time, permanent-availability or guaranteed social-reach promise. This does not remove mandatory consumer or privacy protections.
Disputes and changes
Use the published contact channel to raise an account or billing question and include the relevant task or order identifier, not passwords or full payment-card details. No unverified jurisdiction, automatic invoice process or response deadline is imposed by these terms.
Material service or policy changes must be accurately reflected in the current published terms. These terms were updated on October 17, 2026. Operator identity, an effective contact channel and the public-operation checklist must be confirmed before new registrations, uploads, generation and payments are enabled.
